Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms set out the licence and conditions for using Casement Home for computers (currently for Mac), which is distributed from this site. Casement for iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro and Mac is covered by the App Store's standard licence agreement (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
2. Licence
The developer grants you permission to install and use Casement Home on computers that you own or control.
3. What you must not do
- Install it on a computer you are not authorised to use, or use it to handle other people's screens or input
- Use it for purposes that break the law or public order
- Analyse, modify, redistribute or sell it beyond what the law allows
4. Ownership
Copyright and all other rights in Casement Home belong to the developer.
5. No warranty
Casement Home is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects.
6. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the developer, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of Casement Home.
7. Updates and discontinuation
The developer may update Casement Home or stop providing it.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning these terms or Casement Home shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
